CMA is led by a team of industry experts with experience in every aspect of the mortgage process. Most are former underwriters, loan officers, brokers, and other professionals such as attorneys and realtors. Together they have been involved in every aspect of a loan from loan origination, processing, escrow, title, and servicing.
Due to the negative state of the US economy lenders have tightened their belt in terms of granting loan modifications and other remedies. Therefore, what was once a simple phone call to the lender to have a loan modified now requires a thorough and in depth audit that one can to bring to the bank.
